For motorhomes with a solar power system, you’ll have enough energy (as long as there’s sunlight). Otherwise, you’ll need to start the engine every other day.

You can also use a generator for unlimited power, especially if you’re staying outside of a campground.

Yes, there is a gas heater that uses a balanced flue system. It is a closed-type system that draws air from outside and expels exhaust gases outside, making it safe to leave on overnight if needed.

There is also a boiler that provides hot water for the sink and shower.

Generally, it is safer to stay at campgrounds.

If you choose to park outside of a campground, select a location where parking is permitted without causing disturbance and without setting up camp (such as chairs, tables, tents, etc.).

Motorhomes are equipped with a dual power system (220V and 12V). The engine battery is separate from the living space battery. The living space battery lasts about 12 hours on a full charge.

Some motorhomes recharge their batteries using a solar panel system.

Since the engine battery is separate, even if the living space battery runs out, the motorhome can still start the engine. In this case, the living space battery can be recharged via the solar system or by connecting to an external power source. All vehicles have a connection point for external power.

The fridge, heating, water heater, and stove run on gas.

The motorhomes are equipped with turbo diesel engines and are very fuel-efficient. You can expect a consumption of 8-12 liters per 100 kilometers of normal driving.

Connecting your motorhome to the campground facilities is very easy and doesn’t require any special expertise.

You will receive connection instructions during the vehicle pick-up. Simply plug in the power cable, fill the water tanks, and you can empty the toilet waste bin at the designated facilities in the campground.

The recommended route starts from Athens (Glyfada) towards Epidaurus and Nafplio, continues to Monemvasia and Mani, and concludes at the Messinian coast. The Eye Has to Travel provides personalized travel guides to help you discover the best spots for parking and overnight stays.

All our motorhomes are equipped with air conditioning in the driver’s cabin.

Yes, however, we recommend using lightweight fabric bags instead of hard suitcases for your luggage. The bags take up less space and are easier to fit into the vehicle’s storage areas.

There is plenty of storage space under the beds, and some motorhomes come with a large luggage compartment at the back (garage).

It depends on the type of vehicle. Two people can sit in the front, and the remaining seats with seatbelts are typically located around the dining area.

The number of seatbelts varies depending on the vehicle. In most cases, the number of seatbelts corresponds to the number of beds in the vehicle and the number of passengers for whom the vehicle is designed.

No! In fact, they behave similarly to passenger cars. However, you need to be careful, especially with larger motorhomes, when driving in cities, as they are longer and, due to their height, can make parking more challenging.

No, you do not need a special driving license to drive a motorhome. You must be over 25 years old and have had a valid driving license for at least 3 years.

Our vehicles all weigh up to 3.5 tons and can be driven with a regular car license.

You will receive a full tour of the motorhome, along with operating instructions. The motorhome will also be inspected to note any pre-existing damages.

After this inspection, you will need to sign a document agreeing with the observations.

No. The credit card used for the payment must belong to the owner. You cannot use a third party’s credit card, even with their consent, as this would violate the terms and conditions of any credit card company.

For security reasons, we require the deposit to be paid via a credit card.

Please note that the motorhome pickup process is very different from renting a car. For this reason, please allow 1 hour for the pickup. During this time, all rental agreements must be completed, along with any additional items you have ordered.

Additionally, we will guide you through the use of all motorhome systems, such as heating, waste management, cooking, etc. A thorough inspection of the motorhome will also be carried out to document any pre-existing damages.

After this inspection, you will be required to sign a document confirming that the inspection was properly conducted. This process takes time and cannot be rushed.
